Pros

OP manager is accommodating and understanding. He's grown with his management position and is one of my favorite managers I've ever worked for. Fair pay.

Cons

This office is full of cliques. They hire friends and sometimes family so it's VERY hard to feel like you belong there. Often times a few "team" members will carry the work load and do much more than others. Sometimes people are mean or rude. I'm sensitive so my feelings were hurt many times. There is special treatment to certain people from upper management. While department managers do try their best to be fair, there is only so much they can do. The location is way in Calabasas, no one in lower level positions is getting paid enough to live close to the office (I promise). There is a HUGE disconnect within departments. I was an OP and only knew my coworkers in Customer service. Temps are allowed to treat "regulars" anyway they want to. I busted my behind for this company and rarely felt appreciated or even a teammate. I do understand that these cons could happen in any office setting. But I've never felt like such an outcast at any other office I've worked at.

Pros

Great professional environment with super hard working and exemplary managers. I'd go back in a heart beat. I loved the greeting cards that we enhanced & the process that was used. Getting to know and networking with fellow artists was a a big plus. This was one of the most fun jobs I've ever had because we had the option to try and finish as many cards as possible in an allotted time frame. It reminded me of playing a video game that was scored according to your fastest time without making any mistakes:-) :-)

Cons

Only down side for me was finding a parking spot.
