      Pros

      Been working here a few weeks and love it, hoping to get a coveted full time spot! Thorough training, get down to business but bubbly and friendly manager. The team loves each other and communicates well making it easy to fit in.

      Cons

      Get the temperature under control people! Sauna one day and ice box the next

      Pros

      The environment is creative and the employees are passionate about the company and the company’s message.

      Cons

      It is still a corporate, revenue centered business so most employees have zero awareness of decisions being made and it can sometimes take a little longer than usual to get promoted.

      Pros

      There are a lot of great people in the company at all levels, and I am always proud to tell someone where I work. It is a fast growing company so the opportunities are there for those who have earned them.

      Cons

      Sometimes feels disconnected with the offices spread out but management tries to keep everyone in the loop.
