Work remote Quarter bonuses Pretty easy job, 40 hour weeks

Cons

Fake company, feels like you’re back in high school. If upper management doesn’t like you, your days will be counted. They have people in senior positions who have no business being there. I understand there push for women in upper management, but grossly misclassifying individuals for roles they’re not suited for can ruin teams. Run as soon as you can, this company advertises culture and diversity but if you look across the board you will only find white individuals and Indians due to there offshore team in India. Product is also sub par when compared to Anaplan, One stream, Tagetik, etc..

- This is the first time ever I could describe my experience at a company as being "Fun!!" - Best people, great culture - Company celebrates wins - big and small! - Great benefits package - Competitive salary and commission plan - Opportunities to travel if you're into that! - Great work-life balance - PTO is AWESOME - 4 weeks PTO, first monday of every Q off, and birthday PTO = 5 weeks of vacation plus holidays! Overall this is the best company I have ever worked for!!!!

Cons

The only thing I can think of is having more opportunities to get together with the Planful Team because it is always so much fun!
