Planful reviews

Planful isn't "bad" compared to other employers I've been at, but underneath the generally good environment is a huge lack of psychological safety. People seem to get inconsistently fired with minimal notice or feedback, and performance reviews don't exist so you don't even know how you're performing. Cross-functionally every team has a sense of fear that they're just going to be fired out of the blue. Got really exhausting to be around. The CEO lashes out at internal events and even public events, as does sales leadership when things go wrong. If you're doing a "good job" per your manager/senior leader, or if you worked previously at Anaplan or Vena with someone then you're fine, but if you make the slightest mistake you will always feel like you're on the chopping block. Not an environment I personally wanted to be a part of.
