Cons

Nothing really. As a growing company, roles and responsibilities can be difficult to understand. But the leadership works hard to clarify roles.

Pros

One of the best things about working at Planning Center? I'm cared for as a person, first, and then as an employee. Leadership in the company truly cares for employees as people, which is unlike most places I've worked. Work/life boundaries are highly valued and respected. The company values connection across the entire company. It isn't department vs department or one team higher than another, connection is valued across everyone, and we are all a part of the company's larger vision. The benefits are fantastic, not only for myself as an employee, but for my family as well.

Cons

All good things have areas to improve on! As Planning Center uncovers areas that they need to work on (diversity, growing pains), leadership proactively takes steps to move forward and bring about positive change.
