very family-friendly, can take time off when you need it, people who work here are great, super customers, seem to be growing as a company and moving in the right direction, overall corporate structure is maturing

kind of laid-back management (pro and con), seem to change strategy often and without a lot of planning, not organized enough to grow at the rate they hope to grow at
