Pros

Good people to work with. Management team makes an effort to be approachable and to will implement ideas that are not too costly. Interesting problems to solve

Cons

Technology is built on an old technology stack. Not much room to grow and add skills. Once you've mastered the software it becomes much less challenging.

Pros

Flexibility, no micro-management, easy to get along with people and really smart professionals who have worked there for a very long time.

Cons

You need to be a self starter and good communicator. While people are there to help you, it is growing fast and you have to learn a lot of the ropes on your own. Compensation is competitive and work-life balance is great. Easy to take time off, work from home or sick days as long as you get your work done.
