      Pros

      Could give good experience for young engineer who want to get hands-on with plasma systems, chances to take charge if you are aggressive and/or mean.

      Cons

      Management is kind of cult like. Beware of promises made at hiring, policies change too often. Company policy against annual raises or merit reviews, but they don't say that. There is some review but process is very secret. Profit sharing bonuses are tiny ($200). Same people keep getting promoted. Teams get reorganized every few months.
