      Small company, good people, great environment to work - collborative spirit, promotes from within, invests in technology and people - good work life balance

      Lacking in technology, Can be too laidback, not enough focus on customers - Need to improve customer support, do not set agressive timelines

      After 30 years they are still a small company

      Pros

      The company has a good technology and is located in a nice area.

      Cons

      Poor Sr. management. The company has high revenue year after year and does not make a profit. The Sr. management delivers the message "we are all in it" to make people work hard but the message is not true: They will lay people off so they can keep their fatty salaries when they could find other solutions such as temporary equal % pay cuts. Poor communication with customer sometimes made the co. loose business.
