      there is no diversity here, there is ALOT of judgement! So many roles are getting cut and outsourced for cheaper labour in LaTAM. The pay here is terrible and below industry standards. The HR team are awful and do not care about employees at all. Do not work here, it is not worth it on your mental health

      Pros

      Culture is very flexible. I work remotely, and teams respect personal time and local holidays, plus wages are higher than the market and we get additional benefits and unlimited PTO. Also, once a year we go on an offsite to meet our team in person, this time we went to Bahamas and had a great time!

      Cons

      This tech company is a bit old and has an almost infinite list of product offerings, which makes it hard sometimes to track everything going on, but as we modernize our operations more opportunities to learn appear!
