Good people, competitive salary. Also the working atmosphere and conditions are nice.

Higher management is often clueless of what's happening in the real world. Tasks can be challenging once in a while but usually the work is rather repetitive.

The working atmosphere is not bad, social package, good salaries

Cons

Very low level of professionalism; uncertainty - you can get fired in one day just because the managers have decided to reduce the team with 10 people and later on to hire other 10.

The employees are young, target oriented and really great to work with. The working environment is casual and several stress relieve activities are provided by the employer. Several social and financial benefits are available for all employees of the company

Cons

Management is more sales oriented than product oriented, therefore development is not at its best level. Career opportunities are rare.
