Difficult to find any, salaries are low, career progression is null, hr representatives are inhumane.

Cons

Horrible place to work. Theres a clear bridge that cannot be crossed that don't allow the career progression if you dont belong to a certain group. Hr representative in gibraltar is one of the worst individuals i have ever meet. They will fire you out of nowhere, not following procedures, faking documents and request you to sign mutual agreements using pressure and treating you. Not professional at all. If you find yourself in this situation, proceed to court, they will lose. The politics of the company is to isolate you and put in a corner untill you either quit either sign the agreement.
