Opportunities, cool products, nice facility

Cons

Bad leadership who would scream at you for not making goals, pay gender discrimination (I made $70k for my role whereas a male in the same role was making $90k plus with the same experience). This was a theme across all positions.

Pros

Great company to work for with a lot of room for growth and development if that is an interest of yours. As long as you drive your own results, there are many opportunities available to you.

Cons

I feel underpaid for the work I do. Responsibilities and stresses of work do not always lead to fair compensation. It does not feel like previous experience outside of Plexus is valued.
