Pros

Plexus has some of the hardest working, most caring and dedicating employees that you could ever ask to work with.

Cons

Management has been trying to downsize their workforce at all levels and is expecting their employees to manage more and more tasks to the point where it has become overwhelming and impossible to manage for many employees. It is not uncommon to hear the phrase daily "management just doesn't listen." I love being busy at work, but being so busy that you are going to work with a feeling of dread because you are so overwhelmed each day continuously is not okay.

There is always a new challenge to work on based on the mix of different products being created. It is easy to make a real difference.

Cons

The work atmosphere is toxic. People don't work together and gossip runs rampant. Management often has no idea what the employees are actually working on. They pay management and support staff well, but the production associates are very poorly paid and not treated well. They will have mandatory overtime one week and then force employees to take unpaid time off the next.
