      STAY AWAY, The worst company I have ever worked for

      Pros

      They give us "free" products, but they're only customer returns and they still tax us on it. Some of the people are nice.

      Cons

      STAY AWAY! If you are applying for a Product Owner or Product Management role, I highly advise you to look elsewhere. You will have zero support and end up as an order taker and a scapegoat. Everything is critical and reactionary, there is no foresight. There is Zero accountability, Zero business sense, and Zero career growth. There is no future here. Run Away While You Can.

      Pros

      I absolutely love my coworkers. The employee benefits are also great. Hybrid work schedule.

      Cons

      It's a very toxic work environment. The other reviews here on Glassdoor are very true. Ever since our founder stepped down, the new CEO has been incredibly toxic and horrible. You are expected to be on call at all hours of the day because "our Ambassadors demand it". Yet, these Ambassadors are failing to do their job to sell our products which is resulting in top Diamond Reps to leave.
