Pros

Worklife at Plexus is awesome. We have a great culture, amazing benefits, and people who truly care about the company. It is seen in the number of tenured employees who work here.

Cons

The last several years have been tough, marked by a lack of strategic alignment and vision to move the needle, specifically in sales.

Pros

Great health benefits package and fun coworkers.

Cons

Executive Leadership does not listen to downline Employees and does not take accountability for anything that goes wrong within the business. Year over year Employees voice this challenge with no changes made by leaders. This has created a large divide where it is Leaders vs Employees and the employees are treated as disposable and replaceable. Tarl's return to CEO has slowed down all decision making and has led by fear over real leadership.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you've had a positive experience with our health benefits and that you've enjoyed working alongside your coworkers. Building a supportive community is something we truly value. We also appreciate your comments regarding leadership and organizational communication. Feedback — especially when it highlights areas of concern — is important to us. We recognize that trust, transparency, and accountability are essential to a healthy workplace culture, and we are continually working to strengthen alignment between leadership and team members across the organization. Employee surveys and direct feedback channels are designed to ensure voices are heard, and we are committed to reviewing and acting on that input in meaningful ways. Building on the momentum from last year's focus groups, we have now established an engagement task force. Organizational growth and change can sometimes create friction or uncertainty, but our goal remains to foster a culture built on respect, collaboration, and a shared purpose. We know we wwon'talways get everything right, but we are committed to learning, improving, and communicating more effectively along the way. Thank you again for sharing your feedback.
