      Pros

      Companies support for their ambassadors Very generous compensation plan flexible schedule everything is always done top notch CEO's listen to problems in the field and try to find solutions asap

      Need better retention plan for customers/ambassadors customer service department and shipping needs improvement

      Pros

      The people, the benefits, and the new building are the best parts of working at PWW. There is a raffle every Friday but the added more people but don't call more names and the same people seem to win every week. They also bring some food in now and then.

      Cons

      Literally no one knows what is going on. There are never answers to questions, there was a system change in Oct and still hasn't been fixed, it is now mid March. The phone calls get abusive and you have to take them, you cant pass them to a supervisor. Favoritism is high. Unless you are liked you will probably get fired, or they will try to get you to quit.

      Work my own hours, have a great team to work with, no inventory required and better living through natural products

      Cons

      Can be time consuming in the beginning, product knowledge is mandatory to keep up with, and the back office is constantly changing which can be challenging
