This company has good intentions with poor execution. I was a key developer for their call center and walked
Pros
They have fun weekly drawings which were fun. They had good amenities for being so small. The executives had great intentions for the company. The bonuses were very juice for employees. They have message chairs and TV's so their is an illusion that the company cares. They really have good intentions for their employees.
Cons
The management is mediocre with very little foresight for future operations. The management is very connected with the executive level team so advancement is impossible. Most of them are former colleagues of the executives. They do not understand corporate operations. Executives started with good intentions but got lost in the glamour of their success. Lower level employees feel unvalued. Call center had zero organization. Very reactive operation. the executives know multi level marketing but do not understand how to build a corporate empire. They let go good staff for people who simply agree with their vision. They will let good talent walk away without trying to retain. You are not valued by them unless you agree with them.
