Pros
The only pro is the Profit Share Bonus and free swag.
Cons
The leadership is immature and only out for themselves. It is a toxic environment if you are not with the "in" crowd. There is very little trust in employees and most leaders are micro-managers. Some managers even push down their work to their team. The business and profit will always come first and employees last.
