      STAY AWAY, The worst company I have ever worked for

      Pros

      They give us "free" products, but they're only customer returns and they still tax us on it. Some of the people are nice.

      Cons

      STAY AWAY! If you are applying for a Product Owner or Product Management role, I highly advise you to look elsewhere. You will have zero support and end up as an order taker and a scapegoat. Everything is critical and reactionary, there is no foresight. There is Zero accountability, Zero business sense, and Zero career growth. There is no future here. Run Away While You Can.

      Decent Benefits, Hybrid work schedule

      Cons

      Had high hopes for new CEO after Tarl stepped down but sales plummeted and several layoffs were the outcome. Company is very reactive in every issue from communication to the field and internally to placing orders. Plexus was a great place to work and over the last year just lost that "cultures feel. Profit share also drastically dropped causing some to lose salaries they were promised. Disappointing in the direction of this once great company.

      Health focused company with great products, lots of fruit and lunch options in the cafeteria

      Cons

      Company is starting to lay off people and everyone is walking around scared for their position. The atmosphere is no longer the same as what it used to be several years ago.
