Leadership wants people to leave so they can be replaced "My way or the high way" mentality and approach Lack of transparency NO remote opportunities Lots of words, little action Lots of listening, little action We moved from spacious desks to tight-fitting desks Software Development is primed for off-shore work Long hours + after hours for deployments, special events, product launches, and end-of-the-month days (because the website could blow up if too many people hit it at once) Deployments Fridays and Saturdays, and sometimes evenings Expect to work weekends, evenings, and holidays There is no development roadmap. There is no vision for IT Group. People leaving left and right. Culture is very depressed

1. Unfair, extreme micromanagement; 2. CSRs were given an entire additional job after a department was eliminated and given zero extra compensation; 3. Computer systems are inefficient & CSRs have to make up for it by doing a tremendous amount of data entry extra work; 4. Productivity requirements are illogical and unfair; 5. work environment is toxic and oppressive; 6. there is absolutely ZERO ROOM FOR GROWTH or any type of development. The reason they are hiring me CSRs now (January 2020) it's because so many are leaving because they no longer could tolerate working in that environment, and many had been there for years. There is no fun or joy in the job. You will be treated like an expendable robot who is only as good as your last productivity result.
