It's 12.02 hour Growth hasn't happen, its a revolving door Advancement hasn't happen in several months They like you keep bad help and fire people you can think on there own Management is the biggest joke you'll ever seen

Pros

Very encouraging work environment. Employees are very helpful to one another. Monday morning isn't dreaded. Company outings and events are paid in full, (Golf days, dinners at impressive restaurants, Snowmobile trips etc.) and exceed expectations every time. Company growth is astounding and sincerely happy to be a part of that growth.

Cons

If you do not have a tech background, there is a steep learning curve to overcome. Training is provided when you start but you need to learn quite a bit on your own to really get ahead of the curve.
