Pros

You have a good opportunity at making as much money considering that you're willing to work OT.

Cons

Extremely poor management system. Poor morale among coworkers and management. Poor communication throughout company. No real training for Techs. Supplied tools only in claifornia and they don't provide all tools that are needed. Manipulative management. Equipment is extremely unreliable and there are no reliable sources to assist with repairs. Contacting engineering for equipment issues turns into you not knowing how to do your job. They attempt to use a step pay program to pay you less but expect you to do 6 different jobs. Absolutely no worklife balance.

Pros

Teamwork morals, working with people that want to improve things every day, and the executive team kept the people update and kept an open dialogue with employees.

Cons

Even after hours, you must uphold employee handbook standards when you are around any other employees. If you fall short of acceptable behavior, you could be reported to HR.

Flexible and laid back environment, work-life balance and management are good, coworkers and managers are friendly, pay and culture are good, there is a lot of room to grow and learn

Cons

Benefits are not bad but could be improved to be more competitive, specifically with vacation time/PTO
