Thank you for the review. I hear your concerns and acknowledge that the past two years have been full of change. During this time, we’ve also experienced new challenges, including some of the ones you’ve listed. I’m confident that with our new strategy and leadership from our new CEO, Chris Walters, we’ll start to see improvements across the board. I’m particularly excited for the next few months when we will survey our team members and hear more about how we can improve our culture.
