Pros

My years here were great. My leaders gave me the autonomy to find my own way to most powerfully contribute to the team. I was motivated every day to do my best work.

Cons

The business has been badly mismanaged against difficult market realities. Aaron Skonnard is a inspirational and talented leader, but he delegates to the wrong people and is too slow to realize problems.
