Pros

The people are nice. Unlimited holiday, if anybody uses it.

Cons

Product is a failure, we can’t support business customers. Private Equity owners change commission constantly to make sure they don’t pay anybody. So if you are in Sales, go somewhere else. Company is run by finance who don’t have a clue about customers. ELT need to stop giving them the power. Redundancies made every 6 months, that shows zero leadership from the top. Nobody has a strategic direction that they are sticking to, otherwise plans wouldn’t change twice a year. Acquisition of ACG was devastating for the future of Pluralsight. There is no autonomy and no accountability. The customer facing teams are at the cold face and no other teams are held accountable for anything.

Thank you for the review. I understand and acknowledge your concerns regarding our product and customers. Our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO) recently announced a new strategic direction and product roadmap that we are fully committed to. I’m confident that their expertise and vision, along with the experience and capability of our new CEO, will lead us toward success. I can assure you that our customers are a top priority. We are dedicated to delivering products and services that meet their needs and provide value. We recognize the importance of customer satisfaction and are continuously striving to enhance our offerings to better serve them. We’re particularly excited to announce our Everything SKU and AI Sandboxes. To address your call out on autonomy and accountability, we pride ourselves on fostering a culture of autonomy and every team member is responsible for owning their outcomes. Team members also consistently rate us highly in terms of offering autonomy in their roles, in our employee surveys. We are all accountable for achieving our individual Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and are encouraged to take on new challenges and solve problems, while working together to contribute to the overall success of the company. While we understand that changes can sometimes be challenging, we are committed to our strategic direction and believe it will lead us to a brighter future. Thank you for your contributions. Pros

Good Pay and access to sell services to top organizations

Cons

5 rounds of layoffs in the past year continually downsizing the companies with no warning or clear reasoning as to why. As people and leaders were fired throughout the year, backfills were not made.

Pros

Really great people; excellent benefits; flexible work hours.

Cons

Management has no real strategy. Laid off all of the technology architects. No technology governance, no formal quality program and teams deploy whatever technologies or approaches they want. COO is gone and 4 layoffs in one year. Complete chaos. Pretty sure there will be more layoffs.
