Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your experience at Pluralsight. We appreciate your openness. I’m happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed our culture, autonomy, and people. I agree with you and believe these are the things that set Pluralsight apart. Regarding unlimited PTO, I want to clarify that there are currently no plans to eliminate our popular unlimited PTO policy. We recognize its importance in fostering a healthy work-life balance. I appreciate your feedback regarding transparency. I believe we’ve made great strides toward more transparency in 2023. In our Town Halls we’ve aimed to provide all team members with clear insight into performance, financial standing and recently, strategy updates. I acknowledge that there’s still room for improvement but we’ve received positive feedback from team members here, and we’re committed to communicating with purpose and providing as much transparency as we can in 2024. Our changes in leadership and product strategy have been a big reason for the shift in company goals. We understand this is an area of opportunity and during our January Town Hall we’ll be sharing company-wide OKRs that will help provide a clear path and direction that we’ll all focus on together. Thank you for your continued contributions to our team. Will Clive Chief People Officer
