Understaffed, underappreciated and undervalued

Some team members are great to work with.

Cons

Support is undervalued entirely. Other branches get shoutouts, incentives etc, Support just gets orders, and is the first branch to be blamed for any issues Other branches simply don't know the product they're trying to sell, and are constantly asking basic, silly questions or promising customers the moon. Its then on the only branch of the company whose performance is based on CSAT scores to be the bad guy. Support is also woefully understaffed to the point where any 'unlimited PTO' is based entirely on guilt.

Remote Working option if not based in Dublin Sales Kick off in the US every January. Accelerators for over achieving Presidents club trips for top earners

Cons

-Company has had 3 big rounds of redundancies in 12 months -Recent acquisition (2021) of A Cloud Guru - integration is still not progressing -Pay is average -Lack of progression -A lot of caveats in comp plans (e.g. if a customer buys in January and in Nov/Dec has to reduce at renewal, the commission/quota rec from the January deal is clawed back)
