Pros

There is an amazing culture, a fast and exciting start up environment and so much potential growth in the future. The values are hard to beat. The care and empathy for the employees is beyond anything I have ever seen in my past employment. There is a limited amount of levels between professionals and their leading executive. It is the the most unique company I have ever had the benefit of working for and I can only imagine the impact they will have in the future to many of the professional and personal sectors of the world globally. They truly do have the best of intentions and it has resonated with me profoundly during my time here.

Cons

The reality is a business is a business and not everyone fits into the business plan. The company is growing so quickly and sets such a high bar standard of success that it can unfortunately leave their best employees behind in the dust. They have a goal and nothing is going to get in the way of their vision. While they are growing up and trying to become a more compliant, professional and developed company they have a tendency to overlook the incredible talent they have outside of their headquarters in Utah. It can sometimes seem they only care to see the end result and miss out on having such amazing contributors continue to be active in their organization. There are many moments of praise but also a clear unwillingness to make certain exceptions to keep the talent that has hung in there with them through the most tumultuous seasons of change.

Pros

Amazing benefits, awesome work space, a ton of perks, and a strong leadership team! Things move quickly which makes a lot of exciting changes. The vision is clear and the map to it is even more clear!

Cons

I've been with the company for several years. We move quickly and at times speed bumps appear. This is reality, not a con! If you can't embrace change, this isn't the company for you.

Pros

Fully stocked kitchen, Unlimited PTO. Fully paid Health, dental and vision. Incredible people and product! The best tech to work with, and smart people! The company is the best company I have ever been privileged to work for! They offer competitive compensation as well as MANY other perks. I am happy here.

Cons

I hear that from some people that have been around for a long time at Pluralsight that it has changed from what it used to be, that it's not the same, but for me personally this is no real con, it has to change and progress as they grow to a larger company that the goal to become an publicly traded company may be realized.
