Pros

I have the autonomy to be myself, I'm trusted to do what's in the best interest of the company, and it makes coming to work stress free and fun. This company put's their employees first and that is rare.

Cons

We are growing so fast and don't have a solid training program in place which leads to confusion, miscommunication.

Pros

Pluralsight has a culture like no other. We live off of 3 pillars: 1)Truth Seeker, 2)Entrepreneur, 3)Eternal Optimist. The company has thrives on giving their employees the reigns to help build a greater company. The culture entails a free open space working environment with collaboration areas, relaxation/meditation zones, employee lounge that allows to level up. Ping pong, billiards, arcades, and a full service kitchen with fridges stocked daily. A huge candy/snack wall for anyone's taking. 2 rules that govern employees are: 1- Treat everyone fairly and respectful, 2- Do what's in the best interest of the company. Some benefits included are UNLIMITED vacation time, which allows good quality family time and ability to travel the world. Health premiums paid. Gym membership paid. How many times do I need to pinch myself?

Cons

I have been with the company a little under 6 mos and I have yet to think of or find why I wouldn't want to work at Pluralsight.

Pros

So many perks! Unlimited PTO, weekly lunches, flexible schedules, hilarious coworkers, massages, education reimbursement, company parties, fun work environment, random (and generous) bonuses, among many other things!

Cons

The company is growing at a huge rate, which is great, but because of it sometimes it feels like there's a new change in process almost every week. It can be a little overwhelming at times.
