Loving my Job

Pros

Senior management seem very sincere about employee happiness (not just satisfaction). Throughout deft maneuvering the need for growth they keep the employees feeling like a growing family. The product changes lives, so it's a career and not just a marketing byline. They encourage dedication to family and life balance. I pinch myself every morning knowing that regardless of the challenges I face I will have the trust, support and the uplifting hand of my management team. And that doesn't even consider the perks. The culture that we've grown is unique and awesome. Trust. I feel it and am endlessly grateful for the autonomy it provides me. And I trust our executives too. Makes me want to work hard and win. I am very proud to tell people about what I do.

Cons

Seems like the dev team struggles to execute on specific needs, seems like they talk about talking about setting up a discussion about planning. But a new VP should be able to focus and target that very talented group.

Pros

Amazing company culture. Everyone is open, honest and friendly. We all have the company's best interests at heart and we build each other up. When you walk around the office the passion and excitement is contagious. Not to mention the perks are out of this world. The executive team is very generous. We have amazing healthcare and no PTO policy.

Cons

The only con is that the culture and optimism is highest at the home office. Other offices in different locations need to work harder to emulate the company culture established in the home office.
