Pros

Fabulous leadership team that is involved in the day to day operations of the company. Everyone's opinion matters. They really focus on only hiring the very best, and that removes a lot of the typical problems businesses face. Cultural fit is super important. Amazing benefits and extra perks.

Cons

Hyper growth and an ever changing environment can be hard for some people to adapt to.

Pros

This company puts its employees first. With flexible scheduling, no rigid PTO policy, unbelievable benefits, and endless perks, Pluralsight loves its people. The culture is one of positivity, creativity, and transparency. There are so many opportunities to bond with team members and other coworkers. Above average pay with a work environment that supports how to make you more successful rather than how to make the company more money. Employee satisfaction and personal happiness are core values--jerks are not allowed. The Utah offices are very modern and foster creativity and collaboration. There are many opportunities for growth with this company. It's an exciting time to be a part of Pluralsight!

Cons

The rapid growth can make it hard to produce top notch work with so many moving parts at such a fast pace.

Pros

Pluralsight is the only company I've ever worked for who actually follows through with the promises they make. I've never had a job where I feel less stressed about work while I'm actually AT work, until now. The culture here is phenomenal--the founders have taken a lot of time to study different management methods and they truly value their employees. Our CEO is one of the most intriguing people I've ever met. He's so kind and appreciative to his staff, and works out in the open floor plan with us-- he doesn't even have an office! And yet he is one of the most amazing thought leaders in the industry. He honestly supports the work of his team and wants everyone to continue growing and learning, within the company and personally. I've never had so much respect for management--mostly because they don't demand it, but honestly deserve it.

Cons

Having so much freedom and opportunity within the company could be taken advantage of -- some people in today's workforce, unfortunately, do need to be treated like children and have their hands held and wrists slapped every step of the way. Luckily, these people don't fit in very well at Pluralsight...in which case, it's adios! We are experiencing some growing pains, which is to be expected when you are growing at the speed of light! But once all of the procedural ground work (Marketing specifically affects me) is solidified, I don't think there will be any stopping us.
