Best company I've ever worked for!

Pros

Over the years I've worked for over 10 companies, and this one is by far the best! It's nice to work somewhere that trust is the baseline. Too many companies punish the vast majority because of a few "bad seeds". At Pluralsight, employees are entrusted and empowered. It feels like I'm a part-owner because I'm treated as such. Examples of this include a recent policy of unlimited vacation. The management of Pluralsight has figured out that employees with autonomy and vested interest are happy and extremely productive!

Cons

I can't think of any general cons, but for me, there is a bit of a commute to/from the office. This minor con pales in comparison to all the upside and benefits of working here.

Pros

Pluralsight has an amazing culture that values collaboration, cross functional teams, innovation, continual improvement and entrepreneurship. There are amazing perks to the job including unlimited PTO, lunches two times per week, a game room and awesome benefits! Pluralsight has better communication than most companies with weekly town hall meetings, daily stand up meetings with team members and email updates. Pluralsight spends a significant amount of time and resources on the recruiting process to ensure that the candidates that are the best cultural fit are hired.

Cons

There are no cons at Pluralsight!

Pros

The leadership/executive team at Pluralsight is one of a kind. They all genuinely care about their employees, and how to improve their lives and jobs. The Pluralsight team is constantly striving to find better ways to work, and how to deliver a better product to our customers. There are all sorts of perks to working at Pluralsight, but they shadow in comparison to the value of working with people who love their job and will listen to anyone. It doesn't matter what your job is, everyone is appreciated and we recognize great ideas can come from anyone! And the goal of democratizing professional training is a motivating target.

Cons

Pluralsight is growing rapidly, which presents new challenges every day. But they are mostly good challenges, and good problems to have. It's not much of a con, but it's all I've got.
