Pros

- Noble mission - Strong technologists (Developers and DevOps) - Flexibility working hours and location - Beautiful campus (Draper) - Lots of opportunities for advancement (especially due to attrition)

Cons

- Lots of lip service towards leading and what it means to do so, very little of it in practice -- as such you have very few leaders who will make a decision and steer the ship. - Culture of unmitigated autonomy has hurt the ability for technological growth. - Everyone owns everything so no one owns anything. - Very little action, way too much directed discovery (to the point "problems" are evaluated for literal years) - Fear of ownership to the point that people who do try to own anything are seen in the negative.

Pros

Pluralsight used to have a soul

Cons

It lost its soul after the IPO and went downhill afterwards. It now makes people take tests to justify their job. Lame.
