Pros

The product is amazing and customers love it and need it. Unlimited PTO is awesome and usage is encouraged. Lots of trust and autonomy and a great collaborative work environment in a very flat open management structure.

Cons

Recently purchased by Vista Partners, private equity firm. They are killing the employee first culture that engendered so much loyalty and collaboration. The company is struggling to stay pay-competitive and people are leaving in waves.

Pros

Great company values Healthy culture Good pay Good work/life balance (though your mileage may vary depending on your team)

Cons

Vista just seems to be making everything worse Compensation is gradually getting worse: -No replacement for stock options that were available before privatization -Health insurance premiums are going up -New health insurance plan (Cigna) has a lot less coverage

Pros

Unlimited PTO, great coworkers, progressive space

Cons

Vista Equity has completely messed up PluralSight. Do not work here, they care only about profits.
