      We had the best benefits at one time

      Cons

      Pluralsight used to provide 100% health care coverage but are taking that away. What was once used as a hiring tool to incentivize is now being taken away with very little explanation

      Vista acquisition will force this company to think more globally and not be a Utah based company

      Cons

      All the perks and benefits have changed which would not bother me as much if management could deliver a consistent message on strategy and where we are heading. There is so much turnover that it is now difficult to keep things running.

      Pros

      I have worked here for over 2 years, I have absolutely loved being a PS employee. I honestly feel that I have grown more in these past two years at Pluralsight than I have my whole professional career. Every manager that I have had, has invested in me. I feel that I have experienced working with some of the greatest mentors that I will ever work with. Anyone that knows PS knows that the benefits are incredible, so I won't waste your time boasting about those. Instead, I feel the best attributes of Pluralsight are its leaders and the autonomy that is given to their employees to do the best work of their lives. I understand that is a bold statement, I have heard people say it here often, but I absolutely believe that is the case for me. I'm doing the best work of my life here.

      Love love love this. Thank you so much for sharing. It’s a beautiful thing when we have really great leaders that lead and get out of the way for all of us to do our best work.
