Going Private Ruined the Company

Pros

The people who work here are phenomenal. The company has a meaningful mission and well-built product.

Cons

Going private led to aa complete culture shift, loss of benefits, change in leadership and firing of many of our teams for cheaper labor abroad.

I worked with some wonderful people in a very growth-oriented and supportive culture.

The company faced some challenges with the owners. Also, there were a few people who turned out to be shockingly less than supportive.
