      Pluralsight is a Corpse of the Old Company

      Pros

      Not much anymore since the layoffs. The best thing about Pluralsight was the people, and Pluralsight leadership chose to terminate its top talent.

      Cons

      400 person workforce reduction right before Christmas, lack of corporate vision, a private equity company instituting micromanage-y operations, no product empowerment, and engineering being sent to India to offset costs. There are more, but I would need a lot more space than this little text box offers.

      Pros

      Great people worked here, Pluralsight had an awesome culture.

      Cons

      400 of the talented people who ran this company were let go and left the rest of us to carry the burden while executive leadership has now repercussions. They kept it under 400 for legalities but will continue to size down. They were hiring like crazy until July, this wasn't a result of "micro economic conditions" this was poor leadership.

      -Great Products -Great People -Lots of Resources Available -Unlimited PTO -Recharge Weeks -Solid Values and Mission

      Cons

      -Overly Complicated Sales Process -Zero Inbound Leads from Marketing -Salesforce Hygiene the worst I’ve ever seen -Extremely High Attrition across the board -New Sales Leaders bringing cut-throat culture -Company culture has eroded
