Pros

Unlimited PTO Healthcare benefits The people you work with

Cons

I put Unlimited PTO as a pro because it's available to use, but when you do ask to use it you basically get belittled for your performance or you must do "more" on the days you're working. It's not really a pro when you feel like you'd get in trouble EVERYTIME you ask to take a day off or have a vacation you planned 6+ months in advance. Management holds a HIGH standard on hiring leaders that are Narcissistic so if you don't agree with that then Pluralsight isn't the place for you. You won’t have a mentor or leader, but you’ll have a "manager" who doesn't care about your future or growth within the company. Your weekly meeting will have nothing to do with helping you in your role or your personal & professional growth because at the end of the day they don’t care about you as an individual. Also, if you're looking to grow in your career and move on into a better position than don't start at Business Dev! They constantly make you jump through hoops to even get considered for a promotion, and it ALL depends on your direct leader. It doesn't matter how smart or capable you are for the promotion; you won't go anywhere unless your direct "leader" recognizes you and takes the time to build you up. Most of them won’t though. People are leaving for a reason and it's sad that no one within this company will look at leadership as to why.

Sales Organization leaves a lot to be desired....

Pros

Unlimited PTO, fully paid benefits, 401k match, interesting product to sell, transparency with internal job postings, collaborative work environment; there are far better SaaS companies to work for

Cons

Where do I begin? Things have definitely gone downhill since some senior leaders left due to the acquisition by Vista Equity Partners. Their sales organization and customer success is a joke. They don't want anyone on customer success that has sales experience, and frequently hire people for roles with no experience in that position. They recently promoted two sales reps that had no management experience to be regional directors because they knew how to play the game. Neither had any management experience and the leadership team believed because they were good sales reps they would be great managers.
