Pros

used to have some name in market, but it is again a startup. There was opportunity to grow and learn because usage of random tech-stack being used.

Cons

Startup became public, gain attention, became start up again. [India centre] Started with attractive policies for employees, Now after 3-4 rounds of management changes in past year, Work flexibility is gone. [no body remembers how many leaders and chief got changed] Already hires on low scale, doesn't give hike saying past employees didn't have this salary so there's pay gap. if given hike it would be as much as your 2 months of food and rent, nothing more than 6-8% rare case. You can't go outside of the busy city since there's no work from home [while non-india has remote work policy] Only have to work on support and maintenance, Since There won't be any new feature development for minimum next 2-3 years. Don't believe in Recruiters if they say the hike or bonus comes on December. It's all in

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your continued contributions to Pluralsight. I’m sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t been positive, and I truly hope we can work together to turn it around. I wanted to clarify that our merit cycle typically takes place once per year in July, and if you’re bonus eligible, bonuses are typically distributed in March based on both company and individual performance. Regarding flexibility, our company operates on a blended work model. While we have team members working fully remote, a large portion of our workforce follows hybrid schedules, working regularly from one of our offices depending on role and location. For our India-based team members, we’ve implemented a hybrid schedule to foster in-person connections and collaboration. We believe this balance helps build the strong culture we aim for. My door is always open if you’d like to discuss your experience further and explore ways we can improve. You can also share feedback via our quarterly employee engagement survey or connect directly with your leader. - Beckey Woodard Cole
