Pros

Decent place to work. Good work life balance. Good pay.

Cons

Little to no advancement past senior as they will look externally. Little to no stability in leadership and will quickly forget who has worked to bridge the gap.

Pros

I've experienced more growth at PS than I have in at any other company. I feel trusted to make decisions and execute ideas which encourages me to stay innovative. I've been here a little over 3 years and have been promoted twice. I've worked really hard and it hasn't always (or ever lol) been easy but the growth opportunities are available if you give it your all! The people here are some of the best. I honestly think the phrase "there are no stupid questions" should be one of our values because everyone here is always so willing to help however they can and always happy to answer questions so you feel supported. Support is huge here, in the past workplaces have felt competitive and like everyone is out for themselves but it doesn't feel like that here. It genuinely feels like we're ALL on the same team and I think that stems from the fact that we're so mission driven. We just got our first female CEO and it's really exciting to see that representation. I think she's going to be really great for PS. The benefits are great! Vision and dental are paid 100% and I think there's even a healthcare option that's covered at 100%? Also, unlimited PTO is amazing. I always feel like I can take the time I need and the culture really supports it. Haven't used it yet but I think our parental leave benefit is also a stand out. Up to 16 weeks and flex return.

Cons

So much change - if you're the type of person who gets frazzled by change you probably won't like it here. Things are constantly changing and it can feel like whiplash some times. I do hope that we're on a path where we'll see more stability but with some recent changes to CEO, CHRO, and CRO, I imagine we'll see a bit more change but I think/hope it will all be positive. I would love to see the ELT be more engaged with team members. I think each executive engages with their org but since they're all so new it would be nice for them to engage more across the company.
