Pros

If you want to come to work every day knowing that you’re actually making a difference and helping people improve their skills, work for Pluralsight. If you want the opportunity to tackle challenges that come with fast-growth, work for Pluralsight. If you want to be surrounded by leaders and co-workers who are genuine, hard-working and committed, work for Pluralsight. It’s really rare that such a successful SaaS company creates an environment for their employees to have autonomy, mastery and purpose. Pluralsight is a unicorn in more ways than one.

Cons

The company is growing fast which creates tremendous opportunity and at times ambiguity. If navigating ambiguity puts you outside your comfort zone, it may be a downside.

Pros

Really talented people Unlimited PTO Summer fridays

Cons

Used to be great, but lots of layoffs and turn over. It’s hard to make progress when you’re constantly rebuilding Way too many meetings and poor work life balance despite unlimited PTO
