Pros

- Unlimited time off if your manager allows you to take it.

Cons

- Lay offs occur every couple months with management saying "this is the last one to right the ship" or "this will get us in a good place" then in a couple months laying off more people. - There is no future thinking from executives. - Upper management is not transparent with business decisions.

Pros

Great team, great culture, great perks and benefits.

Cons

Company has a lot of debt and has conducted 5 or so layoffs since December 2022. Many teams are being dissolved in the US and stood up in India for cost saving measures. A lot of great talent has left.
