Pros

PTO Wellness reimbursement Hybrid Work-life balance

Cons

Targeting long-term employees in the name of values is unfair. Despite their significant contributions over the time, their value is often overlooked. It is concerning that new employees are given the authority to decide whether the seasoned employees add value to the organization or not, and the most problematic is that the management trusts the new employees, not the employees you have been serving for a long time. So this raises trust with the organization and management. HRBP are just for name sake, and they don't use brains; they work according to the manager's plan to target the people.

Pros

- Unlimited time off if your manager allows you to take it.

Cons

- Lay offs occur every couple months with management saying "this is the last one to right the ship" or "this will get us in a good place" then in a couple months laying off more people. - There is no future thinking from executives. - Upper management is not transparent with business decisions.
