Pros

New sales leadership team seems to have our best interests in mind. My direct leader is awesome and a big reason why I am still with Pluralsight.

Cons

There has been a lot of turnover at PS since we got acquired by Vista Equity Partners. I'm not as surprised how things have transpired now that I've talked to people that were at other Vista companies. They have a very cut and dry methodology to managing their portfolio. We've also undergone two major layoffs since December 2022. The start of 2023 was a cluster with the recent layoffs and a new SFDC instance.

Pros

Not many. Owned by Vista Equity. Not investing in the technology. The IT training space is overcrowded. There needs to be a consolidation.

Cons

Vista is looking to financially engineer the company then sell it. The perks have gone away. The company's mission is about the money and nothing to do with democratizing ilIT education.
