Good company, good mission. Actual day to day duties are fun, challenging, and interesting. Good people to work with.

Cons

Too much change, uncertainty, cloudy strategy moving forward. Always chasing the next best thing, even though you're in the middle of implementing the last best thing.

- Some management has become more micro-manage-ey instead of helpful - The company is now aggressively outsourcing offshore

Very flexible work schedule, business development works 3 days from home. Other reps are awesome, and awesome to work with

Cons

The pay is outdated and very hard to get promoted. My team members had issues and I emailed HR and no one ever got back to me and nothing was resolved. If you are in sales the quota is unrealistic.
