Pros

Great colleagues, good products and good customers

Cons

New CEO has zero industry experience and it shows. Vista ran off some great industry leaders robbing the business of those that understood what makes great technical and relevant training. Sad to see the old CEO go who knew the industry to be replaced by more bankers. We need learning, training and industry experience not more number crunchers. Very sad.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I want to clarify that our CEO is not pushing for a mandatory return to office for team members. Instead, he is focusing on facilitating in-person connections where it’s beneficial. He’s done this by introducing new travel guidelines to facilitate regular, in-person meetings for leaders and those close to the office. The majority of our workforce continues to work remotely and has the opportunity to travel for on-sites with their teams. Additionally, I hear you and acknowledge your point about culture. This is a huge focus for my team and one of our goals for the year. At our June town hall, we launched new culture pillars aimed at fostering a healthier and more connected work environment. You’ll hear more about the status of our culture and our plans for improvement in the coming months. If you have specific recommendations on ways we can improve our culture, please reach out to me directly, I’m happy to discuss. Thank you for your continued commitment to Pluralsight.
