Great people and benefits. Good work life balance.

Cons

Leadership is a revolving door and there is no strategy. 10 rounds of large layoffs in 2 years. PE firm wrote off $3.5B and the company was turned over to debtors. Work is extremely unstable. Toxic environment.

Sodexo, good benifits like health insurance, summer Fridays.

Cons

You get the negative vibes from day 1. Ultra micro management. You don't know when you will be asked to leave even after giving all your time to the company. Unnecessary escalation, day in and day out. Possibly, it might be one of the companies you have worked, that don't have a proper planning in place. No work life balance at all. Join at your own risk. I do not recommend.
