Overtime. $150 voucher for steel toe boots.

Cons

Incompetent management. HR department is very unprofessional. Second shift lives to harass, nit pick and make a simple day of work a living hell although you've shown to be hard working, reliable and requires minimum to no supervision to complete any task presented. I find management to be very disingenuous, team leaders are incompetent and most co-workers are lazy and display acts of discrimination. I truly believe certain individuals are hired to meet an ethnic quota.
