      Schedule was flexible and the office space was cool.

      Cons

      Commission was not that great. Management wasn't very helpful.

      Pros

      Podium will push you! But if you buy in and embrace the Journey it can be extremely rewarding and fun! They reward those who want to work. It is not a place for everyone and that is okay. Great Benefits and good fun.

      Cons

      There could be a little more transparency when changes are made. A little warning goes a long way. Hiring or filling positions can take a bit at times.

      Awesome benefits, cool gym, amazing lunches, beautiful facility, cool swag store, amazing founders and overall awesome leadership.

      Cons

      Sales, so the unlimited PTO doesn't really work out all that well especially based on a monthly quota.
